After graduation in Aveiro’s University on Industrial management engineering, i started a carreer of 17 years in the International Group Bosch.
From Purchasing, controlling, accounting and Operational Excelence i went throught different areas, locations and countries.
For 10 years i had a leading role as responsible for receivables and payables accouting in Bosch Aveiro, Portugal. This leading role included a team of 9, and responsibility for all the projects in the area of centralization, optimization and software changes.
From 2015 to 2018 i integrated a central department in Bosch Germany – “Operational excellence in direct and indirect areas”. Here, i was a Lean consultant and project leader in 3 different countries: Belgium, England and Germany. During this projects i coached 19 middle and top managers.
Since 2019, based on my Lean Office experience, i’m offering a self-created training portfolio targetting to minimize the most common sources of waste on the organizations.
