Andreia Baptista

Andreia Baptista is a Portuguese and English languages teacher, graduated by the University of Aveiro in the year of 2000.

She has taught both languages since then, in public schools till 2004 and in a vocational school (AEVA-EPA) from then until 2018. From then on she has been a project manager at AEVA – Associação para a Educação e Valorização da Região de Aveiro, having also taught some Portuguese courses for foreigners, namely interns that come to Portugal for a short period of time and need to gain and develop communication skills in Portuguese.

Teaching is a passion and teaching languages is even better as, without communicating, life in society simply doesn’t happen. So, helping foreigners to learn the language of the country they choose to live is a challenge Andreia enjoys to embrace as she loves to help and to contribute to people’s happiness and well-being.
