OKR is a method of strategic alignment and deployment under which it is possible to align the Lean implementation strategy with the company’s strategy. It is an essential Lean management method to ensure that a company’s strategy is executed throughout the hierarchy.

Objectives
To provide trainees with knowledge of this method of strategic alignment and deployment so that they are able to use it to create strategic plans and to support decisions at tactical and operational level.

Methodology
Expository method, interrogative method, active method (individual exercises, group dynamics)
