Design Thinking in Education: From Concepts to Classroom

This 5-day, 25-hour intensive workshop provides hands-on experience with applying Design Thinking to educational difficulties.

The course covers the whole Design Thinking cycle, from Empathy and Problem Definition to Ideation, Prototyping, and Testing, with specialist techniques like Lego Serious Play and Storytelling thrown in for good measure. The course, which focuses on experiential learning, includes more than 16 hours of practical exercises and real-world simulations meant to empower participants with the ability to make rapid changes in their educational environments.

Methodology
The course is taught using a combination of lectures, group discussions, hands-on activities, and real-world simulations. To enhance the learning experience, special approaches such as Lego Serious Play and Storytelling are used carefully. To ensure the application of Design Thinking in various educational situations, almost 16 hours are devoted to practical exercises, including individual and group assignments.
