Digital Communication: Content Production and Management for Digital Media
The course will have a very strong practical side, so various cases will be analysed throughout the sessions to encourage active involvement by participants. In addition, trainees will be asked to solve exercises and apply their knowledge via Moodle. Finally, practical work will be carried out with the aim of understanding the level of depth and integration of the concepts developed throughout the course. This work consists of applying SEO concepts and analysing and creatively creating content for different social networks.
Objectives
By the end of the course, participants should be able to:
• Know how digital Search Engines work;
• Know how the main social media platforms work and how to benefit from using them;
• Acquire knowledge, strategies and tools for optimising the online presence of organisations or companies;
• Identify optimisation actions for websites, with the aim of improving their positioning in search engines;
• Use some tools for producing, editing and analysing content;
• Know how to define a content plan for digital media and implement it.
Methodology
Lectures, demonstrations, discussion and practical exercises in sustainable and laboratory environments.

• Creation and management of content for different media.
• Social media management – Facebook, Instagram, Youtube.
• Website content and formats (text, photos, video): production and editing tools.
• SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) for social content

• Content creation image collection

• Editing of content developed

• Online trust, the perception of risks and benefits in website transactions.
• Online advertising.
