Using Lean Tools to Communicate Effectively
This course allows you to bring, into your daily comunication, the LEAN focus on efficiency and effectiveness. Learn to comunicate focused on your customer and with minimum waste possible. Whenever there is a misunderstanding, there is waste correcting it. This course will allow you to have a focused comunication on a daily basis in the different comunication forms, written, verbalized, on presentations, meetings, with peers, on daily topics, behaviour topics. Whenever we comunicate, there is room for improvement on structuring our comunication. With Lean practical and pragmatic tools, you can bring this structure to your comunication on different formats: slide presentations, emails, feedback, meetings.
Objectives
• To be able to use Top Down communication tool to communicate in a direct and structured way on a day-to-day basis and in different forms of communication.
• To know why, when and how to use Feedback as an essential communication tool in a working environment.
• To acquire a knowledge of creating remarkable and influential slide presentation using the methods of a strategic consultant.
• To became competent on conducting and moderating effective and efficient meetings during preparation, execution and wrapping up meetings.
• To know how to communicate focused on your customer by learning what your customer values.
Methodology
Groups up to 15 participants
If we want to change behaviour we need to „touch“ people, this is facilitated with small groups, where, in a consulting environment, each individual case is discussed
“Keep it simple” in mind
Tools and language pragmatic and practical and therefore very easy to apply creating consequent and sustainable trainings on behaviour changes.
Workshop format
On all the topics there is a strong exercise component on applying the learned tools with case studies, group reflexion, adaptation to each context and a compromise for the future reflexion.

Lean focuses on increasing the value to the customer and minimizing the waste, bringing this way of thinking to the communication means being able to have a direct, structured and target oriented communication on it’s various forms constantly present on our days: emails, meetings, presentations, interventions, behaviour comments, peer to peer communication,…
